Koh Rong Rainforest Encounter
This rainforest tour is for the more adventurous guests and takes you though the rainforests of Koh Rong, where you’ll encounter some of the species and ecosystems of these forests and learn about their cultural and historical significance. Sessions are suitable for adults.
Song Saa Marine Safari
Take a guided snorkelling tour through Song Saa’s coral garden and surrounding marine environment with one of our experienced marine biologists. Sessions can be tailored for adults and families. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Nature Treasure Hunt
What kid doesn’t love a treasure hunt? This is a chance for kids to learn about the local environment while having a ball. Kids follow a trail of treasures that leads them back to the Discovery Centre where a ‘natural’ treasure awaits. Suitable for families and children.
Buddhist ceremonies
We can arrange local Buddhist monks to perform a traditional blessings ceremony at a nearby pagoda (temple) on Koh Rong. These ceremonies add a sacred touch to that special event, and are popular for birthdays, weddings and honeymoons.
The ceremonies are provided with our compliments and we will transfer you to and from the local Buddhist pagoda in a traditional long tail boat.
Sala Song Saa cultural experience
Sala Song Saa (translates as Song Saa School) offers the chance to see what a real Cambodian village is like. Take a trip by traditional buffalo cart to a local farm and see how villagers are pursuing sustainable livelihoods on the land. At Sala Song Saa you can explore the world of Khmer agriculture and herbal remedies, with support from our Khmer speaking community expert. Sessions can be tailored for adults and families. (Donations welcome).
